Lake of Montbel

Lac de Montbel is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a wide variety of recreational activities and beautiful countryside to discover.

Water-based activities: Lac de Montbel is a popular destination for water-based activities such as swimming, sailing, canoeing, pedalos and windsurfing. It also has beaches for swimming in summer.
Fishing: The lake is renowned for its fishing. A variety of fish species can be found here, including pike, zander, perch, carp and catfish.
Hiking trails: The area around the lake has many hiking and mountain bike trails, making it an ideal place for nature walks and outdoor activities.
Wildlife watching: The lake and its surroundings are home to a variety of wildlife, including water birds such as herons, cormorants and wild ducks, as well as mammals such as deer and wild boar.
